CCS/TMS320F28035: How do I unlock C2000 MCU when it's locked

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I have accidentally locked Three MCU due to unknown factors , 

After it's locked , Code Composer shows it's not able to erase , load .out file and it's frustrating !

Is there anyway to unlock it?  What is the ultimate safest way to program the MCU without locking it?

    Nope, its a permanent lock condition which is triggered due to unstable power supply especially during erasing/flashing process. You can search the forum for related information. There are millions of posts on the same.

    Safest way would be to have a very stable power supply and a backup for it.

    Thanks for reply ,  I was not sure about the keywords to search and was too frustrated about this issue
