1. The SW for the design is available under c2000ware-digitalpower-sdk, digital power sdk. When you donwload the SW, the gate driver HW design files will be located under

solutions\tidm_hv_1ph_dcac\hardware\igbtgatedriver

2. What you circled above is the common mode choke, its typically part of the EMI filter.

Thanks for your response. I checked the path you provided and I only found this PDF which contains some kind of transformer. There is nothing about a gate driver IC. Schematic PDF only have some kind of connector which labeled CN1. No details about gate driver. Thank you. SPT-10E2877-T-20140401.pdf

can you please download controlSUITE, it is definitely there.

C:\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\HV_1PH_DCAC\v1_04_00_00\hardware\igbtgatedriver

It should have been included in the SDK but it is not, I have a filed a bug and it should be there in the sep release of the sdk.
