TMS320F2808: TMS320F2808 Flash Retention

Part Number: TMS320F2808
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSC1210,

Until today, I had only located Flash Data Retention characteristics for the MSC1210, but I doubt it is a reliable comparison.

Today, I came across some clues in the Forum:

https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/c2000/f/171/t/540704?tisearch=e2e-quicksearch&keymatch=retention

As the TMS320F28xx datasheet has not been updated since the conversation, can I check whether the info is equally applicable for TMS320F2808 devices?

I also spotted

https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/c2000/f/171/t/193995?tisearch=e2e-quicksearch&keymatch=retention

I’m interested in having a better understanding of the characteristics, both Minimum retention, and Typical retention, across a range of temperatures, if possible.  Assuming we still have an NDA in place, who can I approach to access the data?

Another aspect I’m keen to understand are the consequences of programming between -40°C and 0°C, or perhaps above 85°C?  Are the effects limited to shortened retention times for that particular iteration, or does it affect the retention when reprogrammed on subsequent occasions also?  For some parts of that temperature range, might it simply fail to program properly on that occasion, or might it be a terminal condition that results?

Are these aspects characterised in any analysis we can see?

Thanks,
