CCS/LAUNCHXL-F28379D: Unable to make CPU2 boot from FLASH (F28377D)

Part Number: LAUNCHXL-F28379D

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hi

I have the similar issues as in this post.

I am using an F28379D launchpad and I tested the example codes from Controlsuite-->device supoort-->F2837xD --> v210 --> examples dual.

When I am using RAM everything works as it should be. However, when I switch CPU1 to standalone and CPU2 to flash the program does not work properly.

CPU1 send the boot command:

IPCBootCPU2(C1C2_BROM_BOOTMODE_BOOT_FROM_FLASH);

but the program stays in the loop

do
{
bootStatus = IPCGetBootStatus() & C2_BOOTROM_BOOTSTS_SYSTEM_READY;
} while ((bootStatus != C2_BOOTROM_BOOTSTS_SYSTEM_READY));

Michael said that the problem is a bug in a cmd file, but I do not understand how to solve it.

Could you have some suggestion?

Thanks
