Hi,
We are using internal clock of TMS320F28035, I had few doubts regarding this:
1) Our Microcontroller ambient temperature is going above 80 C, and it is always going to work at high temperatures. So will this create any effect on internal clock, is internal clock's degradation related in any way to temperatures.
2) I read somewhere that internal clock's efficiency get's reduced with respect to Time. Can I know some graph or anything where we can find minimum number of years internal clock for TMS320F28035 will work efficiently without any issues.
If internal clock's efficiency is related to temperatures or Time, please let me know the details of the issues it might create.
