In user's guide, the startup wave is like this,

but my startup wave is the following figure, that is why ?

    The first figure is for motor run from No-load to a full load transient, not startup from a standstill. Please refer to chapter 14.3 of InstaSPIN user's guide, which shows the motor at startup. The figure you showed above is right for a motor startup, you may tune the Kp and Ki to improve it.
