Also peripheral library like adc, epwm,gpio...etc is not available for this device???

if not.So how will get started without library .So disspointed with TI.

Its very well available both in controlSuite and C2000ware:

C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_1_00_05_00\device_support\f2806x

Please refer to C2000Ware device support folder.
Everything is present there.
Please spend some time going through the package.

there is nothing in .c file only few functions are available which is used for initialization
there is not any read write functions...
