Dear team,
I received this inquire from a customer on using the C2000-Gang programmer and i need help.
I am working in the interactive mode. I also try to verify the program in the target and that appears to be good too. After the program has finished, I would usually see the green “OK” LED come on on the gang programmer and that is not happening. I know that the LED itself is ok because it comes on at boot up.
Also,the backlight of the programmer is not clear, and sometimes there will be a splash screen.
