TMS320F28377D: max speed in real time debugging

HI everybody ,

I would like to integrate F28377D in my development system , and need to run real time debugging and do parameters chances/etc on the fly .

this will help a lot on tuning motor control etc .

so please which is max speed I can expect over jtag ? which emulator do you suggest ?

Most/all of these metrics are looking at code download speed, as well as single stepping. I would think the step number would have some correlation to the real time performance.

I would tend to look at the XDS110 or XDS200 in terms of higher performance vs cost for a C2000 class device. XDS110 is $99, while XDS200 is $295.

If anyone on the forum has some personal experience, especially wrt to real time mode performance/usability vs emulator would be great to hear from you.
