In future if possible please consider adding a hardware function to eliminate narrow PWM pulses. This will provide better performance on IGBT switchings in case of a narrow compare value. By the way, this can be implemented using software (we are already doing this) but having a hardware register to eliminate narrow pulses will further improve the reliability, efficiency and robustness of the system.

+support from me - depending on the hardware topology, a min and max pulsewidth might be a good feature.

While your at it, you could also fix the bug/feature regarding the 0% and 100% duty cycle (see SPRAAI1: Using Enhanced Pulse Width Modulator (ePWM) Module for 0-100% Duty Cycle Control)

I'd also add more ADC SOC triggers to QEP compare/index/strobe events. Maybe even to TZ event or XINT (that way you are not forecd to used ADCSOCA /B inputs, but you can use any input pin and trigger ADC on any slope on the input pin).
