LAUNCHXL-F28069M: GUI composer not able to Connect to TI Cloud Agent

Hi, there,

I tried to run gui composer v2 to debug an application running on launchxl-f28069. when I click connect, a message pop out I need to install the 'TI cloud agent'. I have install-uninstall-install it. And it is under C:\apps\ti folder. I am using firefox and followed the recommended config. Could you please help?

Hi Ke,
Can you confirm that you installed both the browser extension in addition to the cloud agent? Did you see the troubleshooting steps below?

Hi, Ki,

Thanks for the response. The issue was the software installed by IT under admin privilege but run under another user name. Is there anyway to let other users share the software?

I see. This scenario is not supported by default. It is possible, but the workaround is a but convoluted. Below is a thread that discusses the process. It is a long thread so please carefully read through it:

Thanks for the help. The solution is very complex, even to the IT dude. Is it possible to create the GUI in the cloud and run locally?

Yes, you can export your GC project and run inside CCS Desktop:
