i want to know why some ADC pins have internal 50Kohm resistor and 100pF capacitor.

Hi Hardy,

This is explained in the signal description table in the data manual. The 50Kohm is from the pull-down on the DAC output and the 100pF is from VDAC being a reference signal and so needs some filtering.
