Hi Sunil,

Do you have a F28335 evaluation board you are using? Real time debugging can be performed within CCS through a JTAG debugger connection.

The F28335 specific workshops located here should be helpful:

Thank you for your quick reply. Yes I am using F28335 evaluation board. It would be great if you can let me know how to configure JTAG connection.

Hi Sunil,

Of course. Section 4 "Using the Onboard USB JTAG Emulation" of the following guide explains the steps clearly.

You'll notice there are some switches on the F28335 ControlCard. These should all be in the ON position by default, might want to check this if you're still having problems after following the above steps. You can refer to the Info sheet within C2000ware for more info on the boot mode switches too, directory below:
