Compiler/TMS320F28379D: How to retrieve the system clock?

Can you please give some details on what you are trying to do and what you mean by "retrieve the system clock"?

SysCtl_getClock() function reports the system clock frequency based on the register configuration. Meaning if you are using PLL as the clock for SYSCLK it will read the SYSPLLMULT register to determine the Multiplier and divider values, and based on the frequency you input the function as OSCCLK frequency it will report the SYSCLK frequency.

You can find the function defined in the driverlib/ of C2000Ware:

I would like to do something like this:

unint16_t acqps = (ACQUISITION_TIME_12BITS_NS/(1.0/DEVICE_SYSCLK_FREQ)) - 1;

When including the header file with SysCtl_getClock() there is a linker error. Where is it implemented?
