Your question is very generic, can you be more specific? To answer your question, the first thing that comes to my mind is FLASH/RAM.

I know my question is generic. But can you explained with any example ? For example Someone try to read ADC value whats happen on FLASH/RAM ? Another example My board is Experiment's Kit F28035 I use JTAG Emulater My connection is XDS100v1 USB Debug Probe. Something like this informations(XDS100v1 USB Debug Probe.) necesssary for PCB design for my project.

Based on you last post, I'm assuming you are interested more in what pins need to be routed/hooked up for an ADC conversion on this device.

I would start by looking at both the F28035 quick start guide, schematic, and then the ADC example we have for this device.  These can all be found in the C2000Ware package here:

You misunderstand me. I give ADC conversion just an example. Simply I wondering When I push button on CCS for loading code. What happens on the card (Hardware perspective) ? This code may be ADC code or another code.
