Are they discontinued? I can not buy them from ti store.

Do we need to move to another instaspin enabled MCU? if yes, which will be available in foreseen future?

    They are NOT discontinued.

    They are not currently in stock in the TI store due to heavy demand. Some distributors have a few units

    In general there is extremely strong demand and tight supply in the semiconductor market. Letting your distributors know about your demand is important to help with keeping supply.
