What are the steps that I need to take to disable the PFC on the HV Kit,

On Hardware I haven't connected the BS1-BS3. and Connected the BS1 to BS5.

How to disable the PWM pulse that is given to the MOSFET on the PFC part [M4] of the kit. ?

Disabling the PFC can be done in software by setting the PWM signals (I believe EPWM4A/B) to GPIO instead in the initialization. I'm not sure which example code you're using, but if it's InstaSPIN, you can find the assignment in hal.c

Ok, I got that one, thank you for it. but by this We can just disable the pin as ePwm (disabling it via MUX).

Is there any way like we have it in disabling the Pwm for motor form its code like HalDisablePwm(handle), ie., Where is the place at which its code is written and it is enabling the ePwm4A/B, so that we can disable it using the code following it as haldisablePwm(handle) like we do in motorware .

None of the Motorware examples leverage the PFC block. You will not find any code in the InstaSPIN examples that are enabling these PWMs for the HVKIT as we do not show any PFC functionality in Motorware
