Hi everybody ,
I m using TMS320F28335 in BGA package soldered on my PCB . Now PCB must be inserted in a steel box and screwed to it .
Due to some mechanical tolerance I m expecting bending of the PCB , so question :
do you have any doc stating max PCB bending tolercance DSP package can handle ?
