I am not aware of direct support for these libraries in Simulink.
MathWorks and TI are doing a webinar for C2000 power control design on October 30. The demo is a MPPT algorithm for a solar inverter - using the Piccolo-based Solar Explorer Development Kit. It might be worth viewing this if you are starting to ramp up on this application.
