What is the delay time of AQCSFRC (AQ "software" force Register) from Register write in to the occurrence?

The AQCSFRC should take effect on the next TBCLK edge. If you use the shadow load then it should take effect on the next TBCLK edge after the shadow register is loaded into the active register.
