CCS/TMS320F280049: Device support for Blackhawk USB2000 Controller

The Blackhawk emulators should support all the F28004x class of C2000 MCUs to my knowledge. Let me get some more eyes on this to see if we can get this resolved.

After speaking with the emulation team the observation by the customer is correct; the XDS510 class emulators(including the BH2000) do not have the updated drivers to work with the CLA Type 2 that is on the F28004x devices.

I was confused since they do work with older CLA Type 1 modules found on previous generation C2000 MCUs.

XDS110 or XDS200 would be the recommendation from TI for CLA Type 2 support moving forward.

Until F2837x (CLA type 1) and F2807x (CLA type 1), I understand that the Bootlachhawk USB2000 Controller is available and not supported from F28004x (CLA type 2).
