My have a cc1310 launchpad, Can I use cc1310 launchpad xds110 to debug TMS320F28027?

Thanks for contacting the C2000 E2E. Yes, you can use the onboard XDS110 on the CC1310 LP as the emulator for a F28027 device. I can't find the PN for the connection cable to the pin header; will work on getting that information posted ASAP.

PN for the cable that connects to the LP is https://www.samtec.com/products/ffsd-05-d-06.00-01-n

Since I assume you are making your own custom PCB, you could use the same male adapter as on the LP to receive the cable above.
