It looks like you make use of CpuTimer1 and CpuTimer2 for the instantiation of FreeRTOS.

Can you tell me what the purpose of each timer in the context of FreeRTOS?

It looks like CpuTimer2 is a "tick timer", but I am not sure.

    Are you using 's port of FreeRTOS? I don't believe anyone on the C2000 team has used it, so your guess is as good as mine if not better. From what I gathered by skimming through the code, I agree it does appear that CPUTimer2 is being used for the tick. Hopefully someone from the community who has more familiarity with it can comment.
