My customer has the following question.

Is there such a thing as long term stability data available for the internal ADC’s?

I see min/max gain and offset errors, but I assume those limits only apply to initial builds.

Any help you can provide is appreciated.

Hi Aaron,

The datasheet values that we provide cover the lifetime of the device. These values are derived through characterizations and several qualification environments under varying test conditions. The ADC specification values apply for when the devices are first used until the guaranteed lifetime of the device provided that it is used in compliance with the normal operating conditions stated in the datasheet.
