Hi,

In SPRS945C section 5.8.4 Flash Parameters,

CPUCLK 20~40MHZ, flash executing must set 1 wait states.

Does it mean that F280049 Flash access speed is 20MHZ?

This is slower than F2806x (40MHz) .

Yes, it is 20MHz. This device uses a slower Flash.
