My customer failed loading program on their customized F28075 board. It that a problem related to hardware design?

What is the CCS version that the customer is using? Please suggest them to use the latest version.

From the console window error message, I can see that they are trying to erase/program at a frequency higher than that is allowed for this device. Could you suggest them to configure the On-Chip Flash Plugin GUI's PLL settings for 120MHz?

I find the setting of a F28075 example project is shown below. Should I use the same setting?

Sheldon,

Your CCS PLL config for this device looks ok. Please pass it on to customer.
General note: On-Chip Flash plugin in CCS should be invoked via CCS Debug view -> Tools menu -> On-Chip Flash.
