CCS/TMS320F28335: No source available for "0x338021"

Address 0x338021 is still in flash memory location. So, it is very much part of your application code. You probably need to load your application code symbols and debug your code. I'm not sure how we can we help unless you have a specific question.

Do you have any code stored at that address in flash? Have you tried to use any CCS debugging tools like breakpoints to step through the loop to find out when the PC changes to that location?

The picture explains the problem. The Program stops the execution of the program which I loaded and gets stuck in an infinite loop.

I tried loading but nothing seems to change.

I want to better understand the context of your question.

1. You say you are creating an FFT analyzer. The picture attached appears to be a TI example project. Are you trying to run the TI example project and running into trouble?
2. You say the board runs for 0.26 seconds and goes into that state. Is this while running the TI example project (2833x_RFFT_ADC_RT)?
3. If the answer to the above question is Yes, have you verified that your Hardware + emulation setup is Good, by Running a different project?
4. What Hardware setup are you using? I recently ran this same TI example project with the F28335 ControlCARD Release 2.2 + Docking Station and did not have any problems.
