Compiler/TMS320F28379D: Error in console regarding memory

Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

I am working with TMS320F28379D. I am using CPU1. After debug of the code, the console shows this. What does it mean?

This error could be caused a number of items. For starters, can you double check that the target configuration file in use matches the device you are trying to load code on.

There are a couple of posts on e2e regarding this issue. I would try some of the suggestions and post your findings.
