Hi All:

Page 41 of F28069's datasheet mentions that the maximum erase time is 15 seconds and is within 100 cycle.

Is it still 15 seconds when the operation is more than 100 cycles?

Hi Andrew,

The amount of time it takes to erase changes with the number of previous erase/program cycles. It is possible for the erase time to take longer after numerous erase/program cycles (>100).

So if the E/P cycle exceeds 100 cycles, the erase time will exceed 15 seconds?

Is there a clear specification for E/P cycle over 100 cycles?

A: Not necessarily. Erase/Program time will change with the number of E/P cycles (typically increasing the times), but by how much exactly can vary.

2. "Is there a clear specification for E/P cycle over 100 cycles?"

A: I'm sorry, but there is not at this time.
