CCS/TMS320F28055: error connecting to target on TMDSHVMTRKIT5X kit

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I am getting this error when I try to debug. Please advice.
"Error connecting to the target:
(Error -1135 @ 0x0)
The emulator reported an error. Confirm emulator configuration and connections, reset the emulator, and retry the operation.
(Emulation package 5.0.872.0)"

I have the below drivers installed when I connect the USB cable to the control board.
