SM320F28335-EP: Latch Up Test data

Hi,

I have couple of questions on the latch up (SEL) test data for this part to use this in the SEE analysis.

1. Is the part tested for SEL?, If yes Confirm that the part was SEL tested at the worse combination of supply voltage/temperature and provide those values.

2. Did the part experience SEL?

   1. If yes, what is the calculated SEL rate at the reference location?

   2. If no, provide:

      1. total fluence applied to each tested part at each energy.

      2. The number of parts which were tested.
