CCS/TMS320F28379D: CCS predefined CPU1, but the compile was failed because the register defined under CPU1 is not recognized.

Hi,

I have some issue during compiling my software. I have already predefined CPU1 in the setting but seems like it doesn't work. Some register is not defined like CanaReg. Can anyone tell me how to solve this? Thanks.

Li,

it looks like you have "CPU1=1" defined. You do not need to assign a value to it. you are just defining a symbol. Please just have "CPU1" as the predefined symbol. It should build at that point.

Please share the full image of a build error message. It is actually very descriptive and will point us towards what to look at.

Hi Mark,

The problem solved. After change the pre-define value, I added F2837xD_can.h file into F2837xD_device.h which solve the issue. Thank you very much!
