Hi team,
I am testing a prototype from customer. They are using 280049 and internal ADC reference.
According to my knowledge, the VREFHI should be connect to GND with 2.2uF capacitor. However, my customer connected this pin to VDD according to the datasheet.
I believe, if internal reference is used, the VREFHIx should not be connected to an external voltage source, since the VREFHIx will generate a 1.65v itself.
The connection to VDD will cause a conflict, is that correct?
Why the datasheet suggest to connect to VDD?
