Storing ADC values into an array and accessing them back using a TMS320F28335.

I am usint the TMS320f28335 DSP along with CCS v3.3 for my application.

My requirement is    " i need to store the ADC input values during program execution, store them in an array. Then i need to extract
two or three data from the array at specified time instants"

I would eloborate it with an example.

say i am feeding a ramp voltage with unknown slope to the ADC. Now afer feeding the signal to ADC, i need two values at two time instants to calculate the slope of the input ramp.
 I would be happy if someone would help me the way i can do this.
