There is no direct (i.e. pin compatible, drop-in) replacement for the LF240x series of devices. Any C28x series device has much superior performance, though you will have to make hardware and some software changes to use it. If you already have an LF2406 design and want to update it, I suggest the F28075 device as a starting point:

Dear sir,

We are asked replacement for TMS320LF2406A (this is DSP Controller)
For this you are suggested TMS320F28075 (in this controller it is not having DSP control) so please suggest otherpart.

The F28075 is a DSP controller in the same sense that LF2406 is. Please can you expand on your statement "in this controller it is not having DSP control"?

The F28075 is capable of doing everything the LF2406A is capable of and more. I think you are confused because you don’t see the title "Digital Signal Processor" in the datasheet of F28075.
