I am working with lab12b , it works fine but I am not able to control torque using iqref.

Is there any other way to control torque in lab12b?

Yes, you can bypass the SpinTAC velocity controller, set the reference current directly as it's done in ST_runVelCtl(), no use the reference from STVELCTL_getTorqueReference().
