RTOS/F28M35H52C: how dose use uart1 to uart4 in the rtos?

i want use uart0 and uart1 ,
in the Board.h.
#define Board_UART0 TMDXDOCKH52C1_UART0
#define Board_UART1 TMDXDOCKH52C1_UART1

in the TMDXDOCKH52C1.h

and in the threadfunc

}

return value of the UART_open is null;
