I want to buy LAUNCHXL-F28379D. Is this good instruments for research experiment and for learning instruments? i have used arduino and opal-rt but i want to use texas instruments.

please suggest and help me.

The F28379D Launchpad is the high end of the C2000 devices, and it is an excellent platform for learning and research. Besides the multiple code examples in C2000Ware, there is a multi-day workshop that you can go through - based on this Launchpad:

The LAUNCHXL-F28379D is certainly a good platform to learn about the C2000 devices, but as mentioned in a previous reply, it is a high-end dual-core device and it could be slightly complicated to learn as your first device. Another good choice would be to start with the LAUNCHXL-F28069 platform. This device is easier to understand and it shares many features with the F28379D. The F28069 is a single-core device and does not have the X-BARs. Below, please find some resources for each device:

Just a quick update, the correct part number for the F28069 LaunchPad is - LAUNCHXL-F28069M (needed to add the "M" to the part number):
