CCS/TMS320F28335: Delay in two PWM

Sir,

I want the two PWM of the TMS320F28335 to start at same instant. But I'm getting delay of almost 750 ns as shown in the attached image. I've used PWM 2A and PWM 3A on the Texas Instrument Peripheral Explorer for generating 50kHz signal. I want to know whether it can be mitigated or not.

Deepak,

yes, we have a synchronization chain which allows the time bases of different PWMs to be synchronized. It is described in the Time-base submodule section of the ePWM reference guide.

Albeit for a newer version of the PWM, the video in my signature does a good job of explaining the submodules featured in most ePWM types. I would recommend you watch it.
