As TI InstaSPIN LAB can use TMS320F28069F/TMS320F28069M support Dual motor control,

But I want to check may I use TMS320F28068F support Dual motor control (InstaSPIN)?

Yes, F28068F/M can support dual motor control with instaSPIN, it doesn't have CLA compare to F28069F/M.

I know F28068F don't have CLA,
Are you sure it did't use CLA for Dual motor control?

CLA isn't used for the instaSPIN-FOC algorithm in F2806xF/M series device.
