Hello, I have a question

Is it possible to program the eZdSP F28335 card with the national instrument Labview software? how?

Hi,

You should be able to load code to the device using a scripts which are provided by the CCS installation.

There are certain command line functions/scripts which can be invoked from a command line. It seems like your Labview software should be able to make these calls to use the emulator and CCS scripts to load code. Hope this helps. Please search E2E and ti.com for helps in this.'

I am using USB to serial converter attached to my PC. Now am able to see one COM ports(in VISA) but i not how f28335.
my project, requires programming three epwm (GPIO) outputs for an inverter, so I need to program a hmi.
There is an example program between the F28335 and Labview?

other problem is that VISA does not recognize the USB device, only by serial port.

If you are using a USB to serial converter than you will only see the Serial connection and not the emulator connection.

To use CCS to load and run, you will need to connect the emulator. The FTDI chip and USB connector on control cards enable this emulator connection.

yes, if I have connected the USB connector to ccs and I have loaded examples, but what I need is to connect the card with labview and program from there.

Please look at the scripts installed in CCS like I mentioned above.

You will find the loadti.sh script here: $CCS_PATH/ccs_base/scripting/examples/loadti/loadti.sh

Example: $CCS_PATH/ccs_base/scripting/examples/loadti/loadti.sh -c targets/$TARGET_CPU.ccxml /out/example.out

You should be able to call a script from labview somehow. You will need to figure out how to implement this, but I am sure there are many helps on the internet for this.
