We have purchased 3 phase vienna rectifier eval board, with controller TMDSCNCD28379D.

We have started with default code , but output of board was 305 vDC only. (@208VAC L-L input)

As per datasheet sheet, it should be 600VDC.

We have contacted TI representative throu mail, he suggested that" with the CLA control running option".

Even though output was 305VDC only.

Please suggest us any solution to solve the problem.

We tried with 400 L-L input, 50Hz. But output was 560VDC only. Is there any software related or Hardware related issue?

Identify which build level you are running in your post for us to be able to help you.

On a new setup i will start with build level 1.

Hi Mr. Manish,

We tried with built level1. But output voltage is continuously increasing. we stopped at 750VDC.
Later we tried with built level 4 . In this level, output constant at setted voltage for a while (few milli sec) and then it starts decreasing and also over current fault trip indication shows even in no load condition also.. We are unable to solve this. what could be the problem?

I tried with customer care also. They didn't help me. Please help me.

the AC voltage is asked to be increased slowly, where do you get stuck? be specific on the step that does not correlate and point out the differences you have.

It is important to raise the AC voltage slowly and see where the issues are .

If you are unable to reguate the input votage to the board, then i will not be able to help as this is not an end product and is meant for engineering evaluation. We only tested it with the AC thre phase supply.
