Hi Team,

 

The device is TMS320F240PQ.

Is there Read endurance for flash EEPROM on TMS320F240PQ?

How many times can we read from flash EEPROM?

We know Program-erase endurance is 10K (MIN).

    I am aware of Write/Erase cycles & Flash Data Retention Duration (see SPRS698G, for example), but I am unaware of "Read endurance". Over the life cycle of a device, the flash would be read a VERY large number of times. Could you provide more information on what exactly is the customer looking for and why? In any case, this device is now obsolete and we won't be able to provide any data that is already not in the datasheet.
