Is there a easy way to change the endianness of the 32 bit data words in the HEX file?

I see there are options in the HEX utility but I returns errors.

Are you using the hex utility on an executable for the C28x CPU, or the ARM CPU? Which hex utility options did you use? What errors did you see? Are the errors diagnostics from the hex utility, or incorrect hex utility output?
