Hi,

Our customer has encountered the external memory access issue.

When access to an external memory via EMIF2 by CLA,
a read worked but a write failed.

On the other hand, CPU can done a read and a write to same external memory via EMIF2.

Is there any configuration to use EMIF2 from CLA?

Hi Yoshita,

CLA access to EMIF2 is available on CPU1 only. I think there is no other different config required to use EMIF2 from CLA.
You might also want to check if the program & data memories of CLA are correctly configured in code and they match with the linker cmd file.
