I am attempting to run the blinky led example program from c2000 for my F280049C LaunchPad.
I am running CCS version 8.3.0.00009.
The program complies without issues.
But when I attempt to debug I receive an "IcePick_C_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -2131 @ 0x0)…" in the console window. I also get the same message in a popup dialog.
At first, I thought the issue was the emulation package issue reported earlier. So I downgraded my emulation package to 8.0.803.0. Loaded the firmware and verified I have version 2.3.0.15 on the board.
No joy.
I did verify the standalone program that came with the launchpad works and connects to my terminal emulation program without issues.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
