TMS320F28377D: Breakout board with exposed pad

Hi Guys, I've searching for a breakout board for the TMS320F28377D which needs an exposed pad on the PCB.

Does anyone know where I can get them from. I really don't want to design my own if I don't have to.

I am not sure I understand what you are asking for. What "exposed pad" do you need?

We have the LAUNCHXL-F28379D as the lowest cost EVM in TI's LaunchPad form factor, and the TMDSCNCD28379D in the C2000 ControlCard form factor which is compatible with many of the C2000 Kits and TI Designs.

Hi Mark, thank you for your reply. The 28377D LQFP has an exposed Pad on the bottom of the chip to connect to GND,

I was after a breakout board SMD to DIP that already has the pad but it looks like I'll have to design my own.

Thank you for the Launchxl-F28739D kit but I'm past that stage now and designing my own PCB's.

That's what I was thinking you were after. No unfortunately we do not sell breakout boards for our MCUs. - the closest would be the controlCards.

We do supply PCB symbols and schematics for all of our packages: www.ti.com/.../pinout-quality

At least you don't need to make the footprint or symbol yourself!
