Q1. If we want to output the comparator interrupt event signal, how long will it take until the external output in normally?
Q2. We would like to make Logical Operators which few gates and flip flops with few comparator interrupt event signals or few comparators out. Have TMS320F2827 such a capability?
Q3. If Q2 answer is yes, how can we make it? In this case, how long will it take until the output from an interrupt?

I am not sure which path you are referring to. The TRM shows that the comparator output signal is routed to both the ePWM and GPIO MUX:
The datasheet specifies a 30ns typical response time:

No, there is no means of internally implementing complex logical operations on the comparator output signals. It should be possible to use external logic gates and feed back the processed signal into the GPIO TZn path to trip the ePWM.
