Hello,
Can we get the Power supply details (Current consumption details] from -40 to +125 deg C for the F280048 part?
Thanks,
Prasanna.

Hello Mark,
The app note was helpful, but the customer also needs a worst case current consumption document/spec. for the temperature range of -40c to 125C
Thanks,
Prasanna.
Mark,
In the power consumption section (5.5) of the datasheet, it states:
Current values listed in this section are representative for the test conditions given and not the absolute
maximum possible
Additionally, for the tables, it says measured over:
TYP : Vnom, 30℃
The current consumption graphs has only the halt current over temp in it.
Is there data across temp showing the "absolute max possible"?
If I am missing the right table/ graph, please let me know.
Thanks,
Prasanna.
Hi Prasanna,
All, the "MAX" values listed in the table are absolute maximum over high temperature across process corners and max voltage rating.
"TYP" values are at nominal condition, as listed at 30C, at Vnom.

Nirav
