TMS320F280049C: (64pin) GPIO8 Outputs 1.6V for High ?

Hi,

I've got a new custom board with the 64pin TMS320F280049C.

I've got the hardware mostly running. I've got the clock, Uart, i2c all running fine.

But I'm stumped, GPIO8 when set up as an output and toggled, it only goes to 1.6V

Originally I had it set up as SPI MOSI and it worked with a few devices. But was giving me trouble

Are there any registers that can control this?

There us not a GPIO8 specific item I know of that is causing this. We have to go through normal debugging of this issue.

Set the pin high in code, then use ESTOP0 and check the output.

Make sure that is not connected to anything. External connections may be creating a voltage divider.
